Nightcap Ridge eco retreat serves up new food experiences in Northern Rivers

LUXURY eco-retreat Nightcap Ridge is opening its doors to a wider audience with a new series of food and lifestyle events under owners Adam Powell and Nick Bond, beginning with a Winter High Tea on 25 and 26 July.
The creative duo has partnered with Alstonville food store HOME for the inaugural event in The Nightcap Table Series, to be held at the retreat in Nightcap National Park at Whian Whian.
The Winter High Tea will be presented across four sessions in The Palm Room pavilion, overlooking the off-grid property’s lily ponds and rainforest.
